Return Policy
We want you to love your tea experience with Xah. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tea packages
  • Used accessories
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@xah.co.in with your order number and reason for return. Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
